Price increase Export and Import - Skips with cross hire export

This export and import process affects any active, non-deleted skip orders that have a supplier set against them for cross hire prices.

To export skips with cross hire:

  • Click Export Latest Skips Orders CH To CSV.

This exports all currently active skip orders that match the filters.

On this spreadsheet, the price amendments are put into the following columns:

AR or Incr_Price

This column increases the DEL, COL, and EXC prices by x amount.

AS or Incr_Tonnage

This column increases the tonnage price on the order by x amount.

AT or CH_Increase

This column increases the DEL, COL, and EXC cross hire prices by x amount.

AU or CH_Weight_Increase

This column increases the tonnage cross hire prices on the order by x amount.


Once you've filled in the export, save a copy of the spreadsheet then go back into the Price Export/Import screen in Weighsoft.

To import the export:

  1. Click Choose File then select the spreadsheet.

  2. Click Upload Import Skip Orders CH.

πŸ“ŒNote: This import doesn't have a start date, once you complete the import, the amended prices take effect immediately.
