What is the skips export and what data is available?

The skips export and import process affects any active or non deleted skip orders.

To export skip order:

  1. Select the options below if necessary:

From Date

This relates to the date of the skip order.

Must Have Job

Orders that only have a job within the last two months are exported. If you don't select this, all skip orders export.

Must Have Value

Only skip orders with a value in the DEL, EXC, or COL boxes are exported.

  1. Click Export Latest Skips Orders To CSV.

This exports all currently active skip orders that match the filters you select above.

The amendments are put into the following columns:

AB or Increase

This column increases the DEL, COL, and EXC prices by x amount.

AC or Weight Increase

This column increases the tonnage price on the order by x amount.


Once you've filled in the export, save a copy of the spreadsheet then go back into the Price Export/Import screen in Weighsoft.

To import the export:

  1. Click Choose File then select the spreadsheet.

  2. Click Upload Import Skip Orders.

πŸ“ŒNote: This import doesn't have a start date, once you complete the import, the amended prices take effect immediately.
