Similar to the materials export, the quotes export has a separate line for each item on every non-deleted quote.

The quotes export uses the following filter:
From Date
To export the quotes:
Click Export Latest Quotes To CSV.
This exports all currently active skip orders that match the filters.
The quotes export contains a row for each item on each available quote. The amendments are made in the following columns:
AA or Incr Product Price | You enter the increased price of the item by x amount, and this reflects in column O. |
AB or Incr Haul Buy | You enter the increased price for the haulage buy value by x amount, and this reflects in column T. |
AC or Incr Haul Sell | You enter the increased price for the haulage sell value by x amount, and this reflects in column U |
AD or Incr Tonnage Price | You enter the increased price of the tonnage value by x amount, and this reflects in column V. |
Once you've filled in the export, save a copy of the spreadsheet, then go back into the Price Export/Import screen in Weighsoft.
To import the export:
Click Choose File, then select the spreadsheet.
Click Upload Import Quote Orders.
📌Note: This import doesn't have a start date. Once you complete the import, the amended prices take effect immediately.
