Recommended: change your nameservers
Open Domain from the panels menu and enter your domain.
WeInc shows you two nameservers. Log in where you bought your domain (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.) and replace the existing nameservers with these two.
That's it. Both yourdomain.com and www.yourdomain.com work, with a free security certificate. Your existing records, such as email, are copied across automatically.
Alternative: add one record
If you'd rather not change nameservers, add the CNAME record shown in the panel. This works for www and other subdomains.
How long does it take?
Usually under an hour, occasionally up to 48 hours while the change spreads across the internet.
Troubleshooting
Domains registered with Cloudflare Registrar can't change nameservers. Use the single-record option instead.
Check the nameservers exactly match what the panel shows, with no extra ones left behind.
Still stuck after 48 hours? Email hey@we.inc with your domain name.
If you downgrade, domains you've already connected keep working.
