The preview runs your site inside your browser tab, so it depends on your browser and computer.
Click Retry if you see "Preview couldn't reconnect".
Wait for the preview to finish loading. Publishing unlocks once it does.
Refresh the page (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac, Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows).
Close other tabs to free up memory.
Try a private/incognito window in case a browser extension is interfering.
Use desktop Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Brave or Arc.
If you opened WeInc from a Facebook or Instagram link, tap the menu and choose Open in browser.
Nothing is lost when the preview fails, and no credits are used.
