My domain isn't connecting

Troubleshooting a custom domain.

  1. Wait: changes usually take under an hour but can take up to 48 hours.

  2. Check the nameservers at your registrar exactly match the two shown in the Domain panel, and remove any old ones.

  3. Using the CNAME option? Make sure the record is for www (or your subdomain), not the root.

  4. Cloudflare Registrar domains can't change nameservers, so use the record option.

  5. After 48 hours, email hey@we.inc with your domain.
