The steps are the same everywhere: log in to your registrar, find Nameservers for the domain, choose custom nameservers, and paste the two from WeInc's Domain panel. On GoDaddy this is under Domain → DNS → Nameservers; on Namecheap under Domain → Nameservers → Custom DNS.
