Larger or vaguer requests make the AI read and change more of your site, which uses more credits. Keep requests small and specific, and use click-to-edit for text and images, which is free.
If a request failed or clearly went wrong, email hey@we.inc with the project name and roughly when it happened, and we'll look into it.
