Booking a transfer is quick and straightforward. Follow the steps below to complete your reservation and secure your ride. The entire process takes just a few minutes, and you'll receive instant confirmation once your booking is complete.
Step 1. Go to your AirBnB booking details and click on the banner "Book a private car service". Then click "Continue".
Step 2. Fill out the pickup (from) and drop-off (to) details.
The address of your AirBnB will be automatically pre-selected. If you wish to edit it, click on it and select your drop-off address of preference.
The pickup date will be preselected based on the first day of stay in your AirBnB. By clicking on it you can edit it.
Select your pickup time.
Airport pickups: To ensure a smooth pickup experience, we recommend selecting your pickup time approximately 1 hour after your flight lands. For example, if your flight arrives at 10:30 AM, a pickup at 11:30 AM would be ideal. The 1-hour buffer allows time for collecting any checked luggage, passing through customs and handling unexpected delays.
The number of passengers and luggage will be preselected according to the guests selected on your AirBnB booking. You can edit them by clicking on them.
If you are travelling with a baby or a child, they should be included in the total number of travellers. Check this article for more details: Can I book a Baby Seat?
Luggage :
It’s important to accurately declare the number and type of luggage you’ll be carrying, as this helps us assign a vehicle that can safely and comfortably accommodate you and your party.
Both checked and Hand luggage count as luggage pieces.
If you are carrying oversized or bulky items (e.g., baby strollers, bicycles, musical instruments, foldable wheelchairs, pet carriers), please:
Add 1 extra piece of luggage for each bulky item.
Use the “Add notes for the driver” field to describe these items.

Step 3. Click on "Continue", and you will receive your quote. You will need to fill out your full name, email and phone number.
Your AirBnB discount is automatically applied. 🎉

If you are carrying bulky luggage, such as a wheelchair, sports equipment, bike, etc, add notes for the driver. Check this article for more details: How do I declare my luggage?
Step 4. If the pickup is from an Airport, once you click “Continue”, you will be asked to enter your flight details.
Find your flight by selecting the airport of origin.
Directly enter your flight number.
You can skip this step by clicking on "I'll add my flight later". However, if your pickup is from an airport and you select this option, you'll need to provide your flight details closer to your pickup time so the driver can track your flight and ensure a smooth pickup experience.
Step 5. You have the option to book a return transfer. The pick-up and drop-off locations will be preselected based on your initial booking details. You can click “Edit” to modify them if needed.
