Can I include my pet in my transfer?

We usually don't transfer pets, but we can exceptionally try to accommodate such a request. Contact us at least 4 days before your pickup to request a pet-friendly transfer. Provide details about your pet in the driver notes during booking.

While we don't typically accommodate pet transfers, we can try our best to make exceptions in select destinations for domestic animals such as cats, dogs, and small household pets.

To arrange a pet-friendly transfer, please contact us at least 4 days before your scheduled pickup. This allows us to check with our drivers and confirm whether a pet transfer is possible for your route.

How to request a transfer with a pet:

While completing your booking, select "Add notes for the driver". Once the additional field appears, check the bulky luggage box and provide detailed information about your pet, including the type of animal (e.g., dog, cat) and size (e.g., small Chihuahua, 3kg).

Important requirements:

If we're able to arrange a pet-friendly transfer, please note the following requirements to ensure a safe and comfortable journey for everyone.

  • All pets must be transported in a kennel.

  • Small pets under 5kg may be transported in a specialised waterproof pet carrier bag and are allowed in the backseats.

  • Larger animals must be transported in a kennel that fits in the trunk of a minivan, which may require booking or upgrading to a minivan.

Confirming your booking:

Once we locate an available driver, we'll confirm your booking. Depending on your pet's size and the vehicle type required, you may need to upgrade your vehicle for an additional fee. Our customer support team will contact you with the upgrade cost and vehicle details before finalising your transfer.
