Booking appointments with your clients at Wellnite is a straightforward process, and we offer three convenient methods to do so. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to schedule appointments effectively:
Log into your Wellnite dashboard account at wellnite.co.
1. Using the Calendar - Book Appointment Tab
Navigate to the 'Calendar' section and locate the 'Book Appointment' tab.
Choose the desired length of the appointment you wish to schedule. Before finalizing, ensure you have discussed session lengths and obtained the client's consent during the initial session.
Select the client's name and their state. Please note that you are only authorized to see clients in the state/s where you hold a valid license.
For accurate time zone selection, refer to the cities associated with the client's time zone.
For Pacific time, choose Los Angeles; for Eastern time, select New York; for Central time, opt for Center, and for Mountain time, use Phoenix.
Once you've set the availability, pick the preferred date and time from the calendar. Then, click on 'Book Now!' to confirm the appointment.
You will receive an automated email confirming the booking.
2. Inside the Session - 'Appointments' Tab on the Right Side
During an ongoing session, you can also book the next appointment directly.
On the right side of your screen, find the 'Appointments' section.
Follow the same steps as outlined above, choosing the appointment length, client's name, state, and the correct time zone city.
After selecting the date and time, click on 'Book Now!' to secure the appointment slot.
3. Using the Client's Chart - Members Tab
Access the 'Members' tab and locate the client whose appointment you want to schedule.
Inside the client's chart, find the 'Appointments' option.
Once again, follow the same steps as detailed above, selecting the appointment length, state, and appropriate time zone city.
Confirm the date and time, and click on 'Book Now!' to finalize the booking.
Important Reminders for Booking
It's crucial to adhere to the time slots booked on the calendar to ensure timely and efficient sessions for all clients.
In case a session needs to be extended, please notify us in advance, allowing us to add the additional time to the calendar and facilitate the appropriate payment process.
