How and When Do I Get Paid

We're here to provide you with clarity on how the payment process works for your sessions. Please read through the following information to understand when and how you'll receive your payments.

Billing Handling and Payment Schedule

1. Billing Process

  • Wellnite takes care of billing for all Wellnite and insurance members. Your payments will be processed via Deel, our payment platform.

2. Payment Frequency

  • Wellnite follows a twice-a-month payment schedule. Payments are made on the 1st and 15th of each month.

3. Payment for Sessions

  • You will receive payment for your counseling sessions based on the timing of the sessions within a given month.

4. Payment Schedule Breakdown

  • For all sessions conducted between the 1st and the 15th of the month, you will receive payment on the 1st day of the following month.

    For example, if you conducted sessions from February 1st to February 15th, your payment will be processed on March 1st.

  • For sessions held from the 16th of the month until the last day of the month, payment will be made on the 15th day of the following month.

    As an example, sessions that took place from February 16th to February 28th will be paid on March 15th.

5. Wellnite Member Initial Appointments

  • Please take note that initial appointments will not be eligible for compensation. We do not provide payment for the first initial session, unless no subsequent session occurs.
