How do I track the status of my orders?
Track the status of your active orders and past activity directly within the Wello app home screen. Recipients can also track their orders there.
How do you notify me about a transfer?
You will receive real-time notifications for every transaction.
Push Notification: sent instantly to your mobile device when money is sent, received, or withdrawn.
Email Notification: a confirmation email will be sent with transaction details.
How are Wello transactions taxed?
Wello won’t withhold any taxes on money you transfer. Depending on the nature of a transfer, you and/or the recipient may need to declare and pay tax. Wello can’t advise whether tax applies to your transfer and we recommend that you ask a financial advisor and/or the relevant tax authority.
