Correlations show you when there is some kind of relationship between the behavior of two data flows — they increase/decrease at the same time, for example.

While a correlation doesn’t automatically imply a cause-and-effect relationship, they often reveal surprising links between habits and lifestyle factors that would be difficult to spot otherwise.

Correlations can help you figure out how your habits and other factors impact different aspects of your life so that you can make adjustments to feel, work, and train better.
