All In-App purchases, such as subscriptions, are handled directly via the Apple App-Store or Google Play-Store. If you would like to request a refund for your WeMoney Pro subscription, please navigate to your ‘Subscription’ settings on your device and be sure to cancel your subscription prior to a request for a refund (outlined in the previous article).
Once your subscription has been cancelled, please follow these steps to request a refund:
Android Play-Store:
Go to play.google.com;
At the top right, click your Profile picture;
Click Payments & Subscriptions > Budget & order history;
For the order you want to return, click Report a problem;
Select the option that describes your situation;
Complete the form and note that you'd like a refund;
Click Submit.
iOS App-Store:
Find the WeMoney App in the App Store;
From the WeMoney App screen, scroll down to the bottom;
Select 'Report a problem';
Select 'Request Refund';
Select the relevant reason for the refund;
Finalise details and submit the request.
