How do I refresh my accounts in WeMoney?

Your connected accounts in WeMoney will refresh automatically, however, in the event that you may wish to conduct a manual refresh, there are two available methods to choose from.

Method 1:

  1. Pull down on the Home Screen (‘pull to refresh’) and manually refresh all connected accounts.

Method 2:

  1. Navigate to Settings by pressing the ‘Settings’ cog in the top right corner of the Home Screen;

  2. Select 'Manage Accounts';

  3. Press the blue ‘Refresh all’ button at the top of the screen.

Both methods will trigger a manual refresh of your accounts and update your account balances, as well as transactional information
