Setting up a goal in WeMoney makes it easy to achieve your financial goals, to set up a goal, follow the steps below:
Open the WeMoney app and scroll down to the 'Goals' section, located towards the bottom half of the Home Screen;
Tap the “Set a new goal” button;
Identify if your desired Goal relates to 'Savings' or 'Paying off debt';
Choose the category that best aligns with your Goal, such as 'House Deposit', 'Debt Repayment' or 'Emergency Fund';
Assign a name for your Goal;
If you are a WeMoney Pro member, you can link a connected account to automatically track your progress. Otherwise, ‘Skip for now’;
Set the target amount of your Goal;
Add a picture to help visualise your goal;
Confirm everything looks right before tapping 'Finish' to create your Goal and begin tracking your progress!
You can repeat this process for all remaining Goals you may be working towards!
