If you’re having trouble verifying your ID, despite correctly entering in the required details of your valid Australian drivers licence or passport, you can send your documents to us at hello@wemoney.com.au. Below are documents we can accept:
Primary ID: Australian drivers licence, passport or proof of age card
Secondary ID: Medicare card
Proof of address: any bill or letter that includes your full name and address
We do ask that you complete a failed in-app verification attempt prior to or following this step, as it ensures you are able to read and accept WeMoney’s terms of service.
