Absolutely! You may have noticed that we can only accept a valid Australian drivers licence or passport inside the WeMoney app, however, we can accept alternative forms of ID if you send them via email to hello@wemoney.com.au. Below are documents we can accept:
Primary ID: International passport
Secondary ID: Australian visa that corresponds with your passport
Proof of address: any bill or letter that includes your full name and address
We do ask that you complete a failed in-app verification attempt prior to or following this step, as it ensures you are able to read and accept WeMoney’s terms of service.
