When adding in a service, you'll notice that there are three Online Booking Options to choose from:
Bookable Online
Instant Booking
Allow Multiple Booking
Bookable Online
Choose this option if you want the service to appear on the Wemu Marketplace (we recommend you do!) The following two booking options are also geared towards the Marketplace, so you'll need to choose Bookable Online if you want to activate any of the following two booking options.
Instant Booking
If your service allows Instant Booking, once a customer has booked a service through the Wemu Marketplace, the reservation is automatically approved and the customer is notified of this approval.
If your service does not allow Instant Booking, bookings through the Wemu Marketplace have to be approved by you first, and customers will only be notified of approval only when you've approved their reservation.
Allow Multiple Bookings
When a service allows for multiple bookings, it means that multiple people may book the same service for the same time slot.
If a service does not allow multiple bookings, once a time slot for a service is booked, it cannot be booked by another customer. For example, if a customer books a haircut from 1:00PM - 2:00PM on Tuesday, no other customer can book a haircut for that time slot.
