Before you can add an appointment, you will need to add your services to Wemu. If you've already created your services, here's how to add an appointment to your calendar:

Wemu’s Scheduling feature allows you to organize all of your appointments neatly in one place.

To add an appointment, go to the Tasks page by clicking on the Clipboard icon.

Then, click on the time slot you want to create an appointment for.

Or click on Create Task at the top right of the screen.

Fill in the required fields.

If you already have the customer record in the CRM, you can automatically pull up all their details.

Create a customer record in the CRM if one is not available.

The appointment duration will be preset with the duration of the service configuration (which you set when you add your services)

You can also enter them in as a Guest/Walk-in.

Click on the drop-down menu to select services that this team member offers.

Once you're happy, click on Add at the top right.

You'll now see that your appointment appears on the calendar. If you wish to edit the reservation, simply click on the appointment you want to edit and click on Edit Task.

On this page, you'll also be able to edit the status of your appointment, such as marking it in progress, marketing it completed or deleting the task.

Once the customer comes in and avails of the service, you can change the status to In Progress.

You'll notice that reservations that are In Progress will appear as blue on the Tasks page.

Finally, once the service is done and the customer has paid, you can change the reservation status to Completed by clicking on the checkbox.

Once a service is marked as Completed, Wemu will recognize that the payment has been made, and this will reflect on your dashboard.

Completed appointments will also appear green on the Tasks page.
