Here are a few key things to help you understand how Wemu works:

  • Wemu is an app that contains a set of business tools or features, designed to make running a business easier

  • Wemu has two versions - the web version (which works on PCs and laptops) & the mobile version (which works on phones and tablets)

  • Wemu also has its own marketplace where Wemu users can sell their products and services

  • The mobile app can work offline and will automatically sync any changes you've made once you get reconnected to the internet

What does each feature do?

Dashboard

The Dashboard view gives you an overview of your business using real-time data. It displays everything from top-selling items & new customers, to gross profit & total revenue.

Point of Sales

The POS allows business owners to process sales with just a few taps. It's also customizable, so you can arrange products the way you want them to appear.

The POS also allows you to make and use discounts and keep track of your cash drawer.

Products

Think of the Products page as your inventory spreadsheet, but a million times better. This is where you can add, organize, and keep track of your products. When sales are made, inventory levels get automatically updated here, and we'll even send you alerts when inventory levels get too low!

You can also create product categories for better organization, and we also support product variants and bundles.

Services

Keep track of all the different services you provide through the Services feature, and you can even track inventory levels for products used up when rendering a service i.e. massage oil or a razor.

Customers

Increase sales by understanding your customers better. The Customers feature shows you how your customers are engaging with your business, and it tells you what products they buy the most and how often they do so.

All sales made through the POS are linked here, so tracking customer purchases and info such as names and contact numbers are a breeze.

Reservations

Always stay updated with your bookings through the Reservations feature.

Invoice

For bulk orders or B2B businesses, the Invoice tool provides a quick and easy way to process transactions. Make and send invoices with ease and log payments as they're received.

Reports

Make the best decisions for your business using the Reports tool. The tool allows you to quickly generate reports about your products, services, expenses, and customers with just a few taps.

Expenses

Tracking expenses are a huge part of managing a business, and the Expenses tool makes that process easier by allowing you to do things like set recurring expenses and group expenses together.
