When new orders are received in your order management system, they appear in the Pending column.
If your customer sent you any messages, you would see a notification of that message on the order card.
To see more details, click on the order card to view the order summary.
The order summary will slide out from the right side of the screen.
At this point, you are still able to edit the details of your order.
Check the order details before you approve it, and see additional comments from the customer by opening the chat box at the bottom of the summary.
The chatbox conveniently opens beside the order details to easily communicate and confirm the changes requested.
To edit the order, hover over the more options icon and click on edit.
Here you’ll be able to change the mode of payment, delivery, or pick up, date and time, delivery address, increase or decrease quantities, and add more items.
Click on Update to save your changes.
Approve the order, and your customer will receive a confirmation email that their order has been updated and approved with their new total.
Collect payment before your ship your items and proceed to prepare the order for delivery.
