How to activate your subscription

After signing-up you will receive an email to verify your account.
Your account email address is one you used to sign up for Wemu.

Activate your Wemu Solo or Team plan subscription from the web view.

  1. Log in to your Wemu account at https://business.wemu.co/login.

  2. From Menu, click Subscriptions.

  3. Under Subscription, you will see the three plan tiers offer; Free plan, Solo plan, and Team Plan. Choose the best plan for your business.
    Note: For more than 1 branch and employees, reach out to your Account Executive. Do not add branches and employees from your Wemu account.


  4. Choose between monthly or yearly for the billing period. We auto apply 15% discount for annual payments :)

  5. Review billing summary, and then click (+) add button. Input your payment details. Fill in necessary payment information then click save.


  6. Don’t forget to add your promo code if you have any.

  7. Click continue to proceed with the activation of your Wemu account.

The upgrade takes effect immediately. You can use your new plan right away.
