How to set your garage up in WERK8

  1. Enter your information in Garage Settings wizard when you first log in to WERK8. We use this so that you can schedule Jobs and create Quotes and Invoices. Click Next

  2. Enter the number of Mechanics who work for you. Click Next

  3. Enter the name and phone number of the Mechanics who work for you. We use this information to set your calendar view up and send a link to WERK8 to your Mechanics so that they can see their schedule, mark jobs as started, paused and finished, take pictures and access images (e.g. parts fitting instructions)

  4. Enter the rate per hour of your Mechanics. We use this information so that you can create quotes and invoice Customers. Click Next

  5. Enter the number of Workspaces you have. Click Next

  6. Enter the name of each Workspace. We use this to set the calendar view up

  7. Congratulations - you have set your garage up. Click Confirm.

If you need to view or edit this information in future, it can be found in Resources on the left hand menu bar.
