Select Parts on the right hand tab
Click Add Parts and choose whether to Add Parts from a Supplier, Add Parts from Inventory or Add Parts Manually
Add Parts from Supplier
Click Add Parts from Supplier
Choose the supplier
Follow the flow in the webshop
Add parts, work duration and timescales to the basket
Order and see these items in the Parts tab
Click on the six dots on the left of the Parts description and drag to the Task
Add Parts from Inventory
Search for the part
Confirm the quantity
In the Parts tab, click on the six dots on the left of the Parts description and drag to the Task
Add Parts Manually
Type the Part name
Add the quantity and units
Add the Cost to the Garage
Add the Price to the Customer
Add the supplier. This helps you reconcile invoices from your parts supplier with inventory and Customer invoices
Add parts status (Ordered, To Be Ordered, Available, Customer Provided)
If the part has been Ordered, specify the parts arrival date and time. WERK8 keeps track of any conflicts, for example if a Job is (re)scheduled before the Part is available.
