In the Task card on the right hand side of the screen, either click on "Add Attachment" or click the plus icon on the image below
Drag and drop your image or Select "Browse Files" and select the file path an image and click OK
Add attachments e.g. add parts fitting instructions, so that they are available in the Mechanics App
