Change the Primary Contact for a Customer

  1. Select "Customers" (the icon above) on the left hand menu

  2. Enter search criteria in the Search menu and select the Customer

  3. Customers that match the search criteria are displayed in the list below

  4. Select the Customer to view

  5. Navigate to the Contacts pane towards the bottom of the window

  6. Click on the three vertical dots icon on the right hand side of the screen next to the Customer that you want to make the primary contact

  7. Select "Set as primary"
