When the Quote and Invoice is sent to the customer, WERK8 calculates using one of two rates. Either:
If the Task is not assigned to a Mechanic, WERK8 uses the most expensive mechanic rate (so that customers don't get upset and you don't lose money)
If the Task is assigned, WERK8 uses the rate for that Mechanic (so that the Quote and Invoice are accurate).
