When you link bexio to WERK8
Your invoices are automatically synced on both platforms
Invoice status (Not issued, Issued, Paid, Unpaid, Bad Debt, Overdue) are automatically updated
You can perform wages and payroll calculations
To connect bexio and WERK8, first set up a bexio account. If you don't have one yet, use the discount code for WERK8 customers which you can find in the on screen prompts.
Then follow these steps:
1. Go to Garage Settings, Marketplace and click on the Bexio logo in the Accounting row:
2. Connect to bexio
3. Give WERK8 permission to access your bexio data
4. Click Set Up Sync
If you are an existing bexio user, you can now map your chart of accounts.
If not, skip step 5 for now, and do this after you have completed steps 6 and 7.
5. Map your chart of accounts to bexio
If you are a new bexio user:
6. Set up your tax rates in bexio
Tip : Make sure that the tax rates you use are within their effective date. If you cannot create invoices in WERK8 after doing this, double check the effective dates of the tax rates in bexio.
7. Set up your chart of accounts in bexio
And finally, once you have completed this step, complete step 5 to connect your chart of accounts - and you are done!
