My invoice does not load after I've linked to bexio

Confirm the effective dates of your tax accounts in bexio:

  1. Login to Bexio and check valid Tax rates. Pay attention to both the names and the rates shown in the drop-down menu

2. Go to Garage Resources, then Marketplace.

3. Choose Bexio and click EDIT. Choose the tax rates that you confirmed in step 1. They must be exactly the same.

If this does not immediately solve your problem please take two screen prints of Step 1 and Step 3 and send both to our support team.
