How to Add and Edit Custom Rates

Create custom and default rates and use them in Jobs

1. To set up custom rates, go to "Garage resources" and then the "RATES" tab.

2. The "Default Rate" set up for you. You can change the name or value of the rate. WERK8 uses this default rate to calculate the value of jobs that do not have another rate applied, and which have not been scheduled to a mechanic with a different rate.

3. To add a new rate in the same type, click "+ ADD RATE"

4. Define the name and hourly rate and click "SAVE"

5. The new rate will be displayed on the list

6. You can edit or delete the rate you have created.

7. To create new types of rates, click "ADD TYPE"

8. Specify the name of the type and first rate that will be part of this type.

9. The new Type will be displayed below the Garage rates.
