# Tracking Your Order
## How to Track
### With an Account
Go to **Account > Orders**, find your order, and click on it to see the full status and tracking details.
### Without an Account
Use the tracking link from your order confirmation email. The link takes you to a public tracking page where you can see your order status without logging in.

## Order Stages
Your order moves through 4 stages:
### 1. Order Received
Your order has been placed and payment is being processed. This is the first stage and typically resolves quickly.
### 2. Order Packed
Your order has been confirmed and is being prepared for shipment.
### 3. Out for Delivery
Your order has been shipped and is on its way to you. If tracking is available, you can use the tracking number to follow the shipment on the carrier's website.
### 4. Delivered
Your order has arrived at your delivery address.
If an order is cancelled, the tracking page will show **"Order Cancelled"** instead of "Delivered."

## Tracking Numbers
Tracking numbers become available once your order has been shipped (Stage 3). Before that, the tracking page will show "Not available yet" — this is completely normal.
Once a tracking number appears, you can copy it and use it on the shipping carrier's website for detailed delivery updates.

## What You Can See on the Tracking Page
**Everyone can see:**
- Visual progress through the 4 stages
- Tracking number (when available)
- Order date
- Items in the order with quantities
- Order total (subtotal, shipping, total)
**Logged-in users also see:**
- Recipient details (name, email)
- Full delivery address
- Payment method information
Personal details are hidden on the public tracking page to protect your privacy.

## Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times depend on the product, destination country, and shipping service selected. As a general guide:
- **Order Received → Order Packed**: 1-3 business days
- **Order Packed → Shipped**: 2-5 business days
- **Shipped → Delivered**: Varies by shipping service (the estimated range is shown in your cart and order details)
These are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or carrier delays.
