# How Ordering & Shipping Works
## The Shopping Flow
### 1. Find Products
Browse by category, search by keyword, explore curated collections (New Arrivals, Best Sellers, Sale), or check out special campaign pages.
### 2. Select Your Product
On the product page, choose your preferred variant (size, color, etc.), check stock availability, and add items to your cart.
### 3. Review Your Cart
Your cart shows all selected items with prices, quantities, and available shipping options for each item. The system automatically selects the best-value shipping option, but you can change it at any time.
### 4. Enter Delivery Information
Provide your delivery address and recipient details. Logged-in users can select from saved addresses. Guest users enter their information manually.
### 5. Pay & Confirm
Choose card payment (Stripe) or cryptocurrency, complete payment, and receive your order confirmation.

## Shipping
### Shipping Options
Each item in your cart may have multiple shipping options. For each option you'll see:
- Carrier name
- Shipping fee in USD (or "Free Shipping")
- Estimated delivery range (e.g., "15-25 business days")
- Whether tracking is included
- Whether VAT is included
### Free Shipping
Many items offer a free shipping option. When available, it's clearly marked in your cart. Not all items or destinations qualify for free shipping.
### Shipping Availability
Shipping options are specific to your destination country. When the cart loads, it checks which carriers can deliver each item to your country. Some items may not be available for shipping to certain destinations.
### VAT (Value Added Tax)
Some shipping services include VAT in their fee — this means no additional charges at delivery. If you choose a service without VAT included, your local customs authority may charge import duties or taxes when the package arrives. The cart clearly shows which services include VAT.
### Tracking
Shipping options that include tracking are marked "With Tracking." Once your order ships, a tracking number will appear on your order tracking page. You can use this number on the carrier's website for detailed delivery updates.

## After Ordering
After successful payment, you'll see a confirmation page with your order ID and summary. Guest customers also receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Your order then progresses through these stages:
1. **Order Received** — Payment is being verified
2. **Order Packed** — Your order is confirmed and being prepared
3. **Out for Delivery** — Your order has been shipped
4. **Delivered** — Your package has arrived

## Checkout Address Requirements
Most countries require standard address fields (building, street, city, province, zip, phone). Some countries have additional requirements:

These fields appear automatically in the checkout form when you select the relevant country.
