When will my order ship?

Information on same-day shipping cutoff times, how partial shipments are handled, and exceptions for international orders.

The processing time for your order (from placement to handover to the carrier) depends on the stock status of your items and the time your order is placed.

  • Same-Day Shipping: Most in-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped the same business day.

  • High Volume: During periods of high order volume, processing may take up to 2 business days.


Backordered and Split Shipments

We prioritize getting in-stock items to you as fast as possible:

  1. Split Shipment: If your order contains both in-stock and backordered items (as noted on the product page and in your cart), the in-stock items will likely ship immediately that same day.

  2. Second Shipment: Once all the remaining backordered items have arrived at our facility, we will send a second shipment to complete your order at no additional shipping cost.

You can check the current stock status and estimated ship date of each backordered product


Delivery Time

Once your order is in transit, the final delivery date is determined by the shipping method you selected at checkout.


International Orders

  • IMPORTANT NOTE: International orders will be held until all items in the order are ready to ship. We do not process split shipments for international addresses.
