If your payment transaction is failing, it is most often caused by one of the following issues. Please check these items first:
Billing Address Mismatch: Double-check that the billing address and ZIP/Postal Code associated with the card matches the information you entered. This is a frequent issue with corporate or school cards.
Credit Card/Website Portal is Blocked: Your computer's firewall (often at a school or workplace) may be blocking the secure payment portal. Try completing the purchase on a personal network/device or check with your IT department.
