Using Personal Shipping Accounts

Policy on Third-Party Shipping Accounts WestCoast Products & Design LLC (WCP) does not allow customers to use their own personal or corporate shipping account numbers for any orders.

All shipments must be processed exclusively through WestCoast Products' official carrier accounts. This policy ensures that we can:

  • Maintain Logistics Efficiency: Streamline our warehouse fulfillment and packing processes.

  • Consistent Tracking: Ensure that all tracking information is automatically synced with our system and provided to the customer.

  • Manage Claims: Quickly handle any carrier claims, damages, or lost packages on behalf of the customer.

International Shipping Account Policy

This restriction applies to all international orders without exception.

  • Carrier Requirements: All orders shipping outside of the United States must be processed using the WCP account via FedEx or DHL.

  • Customs and Duties: While we use our own shipping account to transport the package, the customer remains responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery.

  • Can I provide a prepaid label? No, we cannot accept prepaid shipping labels provided by customers.

  • Can I use my own freight carrier? For exceptionally large or palletized orders, please contact us to discuss potential freight arrangements, though standard parcel shipments must still use our accounts.
