Shipping and Delivery Policy

To understand when your WestCoast Products & Design LLC order will be dispatched, please follow these guidelines:


Order Processing and Shipping Timelines

  • Same-Day Shipping: Most in-stock orders will be shipped the same day if they are placed before 1 P.M. PST.

  • High Volume Processing: During periods of high order volume, processing may take up to 2 business days before the order is handed to a carrier.

  • Shipping Notifications: You will receive an email notification containing your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs include all packaging and handling fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Carriers and Delivery Restrictions

We utilize USPS, FedEx, and DHL to provide flexible shipping options:

  • FedEx Delivery Guarantee: For all FedEx shipments, your delivery is guaranteed. Please Contact Us to report any shipping issues or damages.

  • FedEx PO Box Restriction: Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes via FedEx.

  • USPS Liability Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee delivery for USPS shipments. WestCoast Products & Design LLC is not responsible for lost or undelivered USPS packages and does not offer refunds, replacements, or compensation for these incidents. If a USPS tracking label is generated but shows no subsequent movement (origin scan issues), we will not issue a refund.

International Shipping Procedures

We ship to almost every country worldwide under the following conditions:

  • Carrier Restrictions: All international orders are shipped exclusively via FedEx or DHL. No exceptions will be made.

  • Duties and Taxes: International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes upon delivery.

  • Order Splitting: To avoid fees for exceeding import value thresholds, please place separate orders. We will not combine or partially ship international orders by default to avoid unwanted import fees.

Partial Shipments

If your order contains both in-stock and backordered items, the following applies:

  • Domestic (US) Orders: An initial partial shipment of in-stock products is typically provided by default for most US orders.

  • Carrier Changes: If a partial shipment is provided, WCP reserves the right to ship the remaining contents with a different shipping method than the one selected at checkout.

  • Requests: If a partial shipment is not provided by default, you may Contact Us to request one, though they are not guaranteed.

Carrier Returns and Shipping Errors

  • Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct.

  • Reshipment Fees: Any order returned to WCP due to an incorrect address or failure to clear customs will require an additional shipping charge to be sent out again.

  • Claims for Errors: Claims for shipping shortages or errors must be submitted in writing to WestCoast Products & Design LLC within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
