Processing & dispatch times
Most in-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM PST ship the same day. During periods of high order volume, processing may take up to 2 business days before your order is handed to a carrier.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. Shipping costs cover all packaging and handling fees and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping carriers
We ship via USPS, FedEx, and DHL to give you flexible options. Here's what to know about each:
FedEx
FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If your address is a PO Box, choose USPS at checkout.
FedEx guarantees the delivery date for Express services: Express Saver, 2 Day, and Overnight. This guarantee does not apply to FedEx Ground.
The delivery date guarantee is void if a delay is caused by circumstances outside FedEx's control, including severe weather, road closures, and facility closures.
USPS
USPS does not guarantee delivery dates on any of their services. Estimated delivery windows are not commitments.
Our recommendation: If hitting a specific delivery date matters, especially during build season, choose a FedEx Express service (Express Saver, 2 Day, or Overnight) at checkout.
International orders
We ship to almost every country worldwide. All international orders ship exclusively via FedEx or DHL.
A few things to keep in mind:
You are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes upon delivery. These are not included in your shipping cost at checkout.
If your order value may exceed your country's import threshold, we recommend placing separate orders to avoid additional customs fees. We do not combine or partially ship international orders by default to help you avoid unexpected charges.
Partial shipments (in-stock + backordered items)
If your order contains a mix of in-stock and backordered items, we default to two shipments for US orders:
First shipment β your in-stock items go out right away using the shipping service you selected at checkout.
Second shipment β we wait until all remaining backordered items are back in stock, then ship everything together at no extra cost to you. We'll use the most affordable shipping option for that one.

Address accuracy & returns
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an order is returned to WCP due to an incorrect address or failure to clear customs, an additional shipping charge will be required to resend it.
Claims for shipping shortages or errors must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Please contact us in writing to open a claim.
