Order Change Eligibility

You can request to edit, add to, or cancel your order only if the order status is UNSHIPPED and has not yet been processed for fulfillment.

  • Time Sensitivity: Because WestCoast Products & Design LLC utilizes fast processing times (with many orders shipping by 1 P.M. PST), you must contact us immediately to request a change.

  • Processed Orders: Once an order has been processed for fulfillment or has shipped, no further changes or cancellations can be made.

How to Request an Order Change

To initiate a change or cancellation for an unshipped order, please email our support team at support@wcproducts.com. To ensure the system and our teammates can process your request quickly, please include:

  1. Order Number: The specific order number you wish to modify.

  2. Detailed Description: A clear description of the change (e.g., "Change shipping address to [New Address]," "Add item [SKU/Name]," or "Cancel item [SKU/Name]").

Available Modifications for Unshipped Orders

We can typically accommodate the following requests for orders that have not yet reached the fulfillment stage:

  • Contact Information: Updating the email address or phone number associated with the order.

  • Shipping Address: Changing the final delivery address.

  • Item Modifications: Editing quantities of items, adding new items to the order, or removing specific items.

  • Full Order Cancellation: Cancelling the entire unshipped order and issuing a refund to the original payment method or store credit.

Impact on Shipping Costs

  • Adding Items: If you choose to add items to an existing order, a surcharge may be applied. This surcharge covers the increase in shipping costs resulting from the added package weight or size.

  • Cancellations: If an item or order is cancelled before shipping, the shipping fees for those items will be included in your refund.
