Act fast — we process orders quickly

Most orders ship by 1:00 PM PST, so if you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible at support@wcproducts.com. The sooner we hear from you, the better chance we have of catching your order before it ships.

Changes can only be made if your order is still unshipped and hasn't entered fulfillment yet. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make any further modifications.

How to request a change

Email support@wcproducts.com with the following so we can process your request as quickly as possible:

  • Your order number

  • What you'd like to change — be as specific as you can (e.g., "Change shipping address to [new address]," "Add [item name/SKU]," or "Cancel item [SKU/name]")

What we can change

For orders that haven't entered fulfillment yet, we can typically help with:

  • Contact information — updating the email address or phone number on the order

  • Shipping address — changing where the order is being delivered

  • Item quantities — increasing or decreasing quantities of items already on the order

  • Adding items — adding new items to the order (note: this may result in a shipping surcharge if the added weight or size increases the shipping cost)

  • Removing items — removing specific items from the order

  • Full cancellation — cancelling the entire order, with a refund issued to your original payment method or as store credit

If an item or order is cancelled before shipping, any shipping fees paid for those items will be included in your refund.
