Policy Overview for Unused Items
WestCoast Products & Design LLC (WCP) accepts returns for products that are unused and in their original, resalable condition. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but please note that specific timeframes and condition requirements apply to all returns.
Return Eligibility and Condition Requirements
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
Unused Status: Items must be completely unused. Used items will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Original Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
Original Labels: Items returned in sealed bags with the original label qualify for a lower restocking fee.
Restocking Fees for Unused Returns
Restocking fees are calculated based on when the return is initiated and the condition of the packaging:
0–30 Days (Sealed): A 15% restocking fee applies if items are in original sealed bags with the original label.
0–30 Days (Opened): A 25% restocking fee applies if items are returned without sealed bags or original labels.
31–60 Days: A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns, regardless of packaging condition.
Over 60 Days: Returns are not accepted for any reason.
How to Initiate Your Return
To start the return process for an unused product, follow these steps:
Log In: Access your account and navigate to the "My Orders" section.
Select Items: Click on the order containing the items you wish to return and select "Request Return."
Submit Details: Check the specific items, select a reason for the return, and add any relevant notes.
Wait for Authorization: Our team will review your request within 3 business days and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form with shipping instructions.
Shipping Costs for Unused Returns
Customer Responsibility: For returns due to customer convenience (e.g., changed mind or incorrect item ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Label Surcharge: If WCP provides a return label, the cost of that label will be deducted from your final refund total.
