Current Login Method
WCP uses a passwordless login system. You cannot use a traditional permanent password to log into your account. Instead, all access is managed via a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your email address.
Why We Use OTP Login
This login method is the standard security requirement for our platform (Shopify). It enhances security by ensuring that only the person with access to the registered email account can log in, removing the risk of forgotten or stolen passwords.
Step-by-Step: How to Log In
To access your account securely, please follow these steps:
Enter Email: Go to the login screen and enter the email address associated with your WestCoast Products account.
Receive Code: Check your email inbox for a unique six-digit OTP code.
Verify Access: Enter the code back on the login screen to be instantly granted access to your account, order history, and saved information.
Troubleshooting OTP Issues
If you are having trouble logging in, please check the following:
Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes the OTP email is filtered by your email provider. Check your spam or "Promotions" folder if it does not appear in your primary inbox within 2 minutes.
Request a New Code: OTP codes expire after a short period. If the code doesn't work, stay on the login page and click "Resend Code."
Email Accuracy: Ensure there are no typos in the email address you entered on the login screen.
