How to initiate a return

All returns must be initiated through either the My Orders section, or you must have used the Contact Us link to email for a return request. We will provide you with further instructions for the return process, and packages must be returned to our designated address. Any return that has not been confirmed and monitored may be lost and you could be liable for the loss of the returned items.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate Return Request In My Orders:

    1. Click on the order with the item(s) you wish to return and click Request Return. Then CHECK the item(s) you wish to return, add a reason for return, plus any additional notes and click Request Return.

  2. Instructions:

    1. We will provide you with specific return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

  3. Return Shipping:

    1. If the return is due to a defect covered by our warranty, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.

    2. If the return is for customer convenience (e.g., ordered incorrect item(s), change of mind), a return label can be provided at the customer's expense. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from the refund total.
