Why didn't all my items ship?

Explains why some items from your order may not have shipped and how to check the status of missing items.

If your order arrived but is missing certain items, it is highly likely that those unshipped products are currently on Backorder. We ship all in-stock items immediately to get them to you faster, and the remaining items will ship separately once stock is replenished.

What to do next:

  1. Check Product Availability: Please check the specific product group page(s) on our website for the item(s) you are missing.

  2. Verify Status on Product Page:

    • If the item is shown as "Backordered": The item will ship as soon as it becomes available. You do not need to contact us at this time.

    • If the item is shown as "In Stock": There may be an error with your shipment.

If an in-stock item is missing, please email our support team immediately at support@wcproducts.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
