The Two Stages of the Refund Timeline
To help you understand the total wait time, the process is divided into two distinct parts:
WCP Internal Processing: After we receive and inspect your returned items, we process the refund on our end within 5 business days.
Financial Institution Processing: Once WCP releases the funds, your bank, credit card company, or financial institution may take an additional 3 to 10 business days to post the credit to your statement.
Why does the timeframe vary?
The exact date you see the funds in your account depends on several factors:
Banking Policies: Every financial institution has its own specific processing times and policies for incoming credits.
Original Payment Method: Refunds can only be sent to the original payment method used during checkout.
Holidays and Weekends: "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or United States federal holidays.
Alternative: Faster Store Credit
If you need to make a new purchase immediately, we offer Store Credit as an alternative to a traditional refund.
