How to Initiate a Return
Request via Account: Go to the My Orders section of your account, select the items you wish to return, and click Request Return.
Authorization: You must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and specific instructions from our team before shipping items back.
Important Warning: Unauthorized returns sent to our warehouse without an RMA may be lost. Customers are liable for the loss of any returned items that were not confirmed and monitored.
Restocking Fees and Condition Requirements
All returned items must be unused. Used items will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. Fees are applied based on the date the return is initiated:
Returns within 30 days (Original Condition): A 15% restocking fee applies if items are returned in sealed bags with the original label.
Returns within 30 days (Opened): A 25% restocking fee applies if items are returned without sealed bags or the original label.
Returns between 31 and 60 days: A 25% restocking fee is applied regardless of the bag or label condition.
Returns after 60 days: Returns are not accepted for any reason.
Refund and Replacement Timelines
To help you understand when to expect your funds or replacement, please note these processing windows:
Review Period: Return requests are reviewed and approved or declined within 3 business days.
Inspection Window: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned items have been received and inspected at our warehouse.
Bank Processing (Original Payment): It may take up to 10 business days after we process the refund for the funds to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.
Store Credit: Store credit is available immediately after we provide return confirmation.
Replacements: Replacement items ship within 1 business day after the returned items are received and inspected.
Return Shipping Costs
Defects and Warranty: If the return is due to a defect covered by our warranty, WestCoast Products & Design LLC will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost.
Customer Convenience: If the return is for a change of mind or incorrect item ordered, a return label can be provided at the customer's expense. The cost of this label will be deducted from the final refund total.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped unless WCP was at fault for the return.
Product Warranty and Order Cancellations
Warranty Coverage: Our products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship. This does not cover damage from accidents, abuse, misuse, or third-party alterations.
Order Cancellations: Any unshipped orders or items can be cancelled and refunded upon request.
Kit Item (KIT/BND) Exceptions: Partial shipments for KIT/BND items can only be refunded if all items from those SKUs are returned together.
