How to Check Your Order Status & Tracking

How do I check the status of my order?

If you have a WCP account

  1. Sign in to your account on wcproducts.com

  2. Click on your Profile Name

  3. Go to My Orders

  4. Select your order to view its current status

If you checked out as a guest

  • Search your inbox for your order confirmation email

  • If your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information


What do order statuses mean?

  • Processing / Unfulfilled
    Your order is in our system and queued for fulfillment.

  • Partially Fulfilled
    Some items have shipped. Remaining items will ship separately.

  • Fulfilled / Shipped
    Your order has shipped and tracking is available.

Orders containing backordered or preordered items may remain in “Processing” until inventory arrives.


I can’t find my order — what should I do?

If you need help, contact us with:

  • Your order number (example: #25-12345)

  • The email address used at checkout


When should I contact support?

Please reach out if:

  • You were charged but never received an order confirmation

  • Tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive the package

  • Your order is time-sensitive for a competition or event
