Merging Orders, Adding Items, or Changing an Order

Can I merge two orders?

We may be able to merge orders before they ship if:

  • Both orders are not shipped

  • Both orders use the same customer email

  • Fulfillment has not started packing

We usually cannot merge orders once:

  • A shipping label has been created

  • One or more items have shipped


Can I add items to an existing order?

In most cases, the fastest option is to:

  1. Place a new order for the additional items

  2. Contact us to see if shipping can be combined (if eligible)


Can I cancel or swap an item?

If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to:

  • Remove an item

  • Swap to a different SKU (subject to availability)


What information should I send?

  • Order number(s)

  • Email used at checkout

  • SKU(s) to add, remove, or swap

  • Any deadlines or event dates


When should I contact support?

If your order is time-sensitive or involves international shipping, please contact us as soon as possible.
