Where do you ship internationally?
WCP ships to most countries worldwide, including Canada, Mexico, Turkey, Israel, China, Australia, Taiwan, Singapore, and throughout Europe. All international orders ship via FedEx or DHL — USPS is not available for international shipments.
If you're unsure whether we can ship a specific product to your country, contact us with the part number(s) and your full shipping address and we will confirm availability.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees
International orders are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. Here's what you need to know:
These fees are not included in your shipping cost at checkout.
They are assessed by your country's customs authority and collected by the carrier (FedEx or DHL) at the time of delivery or import.
WCP cannot predict or guarantee the exact amount of duties or taxes — these vary by country, product type, and declared value.
Tip to minimize customs fees: If your order value may exceed your country's duty-free import threshold, consider placing separate, smaller orders. WCP does not combine or partially ship international orders by default, specifically to help you avoid unexpected charges.
How international orders ship
Unlike US orders, international orders are held until all items are in stock before shipping. We do not split international shipments by default — this avoids multiple rounds of import fees and customs processing on your end.
If your order contains backordered items, the entire order will wait until everything is ready to ship together.
Need a split shipment anyway? Contact us at support@wcproducts.com and we can arrange it. Just keep in mind that each shipment will trigger its own customs and duty charges.
Canada-specific information
Canada is one of our most common international destinations. Canadian customers can order directly through our Canadian partner, UTG, at wcproducts.ca. This is the fastest and most cost-effective option for Canadian buyers, as it avoids international shipping fees and customs processing.
If you prefer to order from our US store instead, Canadian orders ship via FedEx or DHL and are subject to Canadian customs duties and GST/HST on import.
Shipping accounts and prepaid labels
WCP does not allow customers to use their own shipping account numbers or provide prepaid labels — all international shipments must go through our carrier accounts. This applies to all international orders without exception.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an international order. If an order is returned to WCP due to an incorrect address or failure to clear customs, an additional shipping charge will be required to resend it.
