Returns, Exchanges, and Return Requests

How to request a return or exchange, what is eligible, restocking fees, refund options, and what to do if your item arrived damaged.

How do I request a return or exchange?

The easiest way is through your account:

  1. Log in to your account on wcproducts.com.

  2. Go to My Orders and open the order containing the items you want to return.

  3. Click Request Return, select the items, choose a reason, and add any notes.

  4. Our team will review your request within 3 business days and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with shipping instructions.

You can also email us directly at support@wcproducts.com with your order number, part number(s), quantity, reason for return, and photos (required for damaged or defective items).


Important: Always wait for your RMA

Do not ship items back until you receive your RMA form and return instructions from our team. Unauthorized returns sent to our warehouse without an RMA may be lost, and WCP cannot be held responsible for unconfirmed packages.


What can I return?

Items must be unused and in their original, resalable condition. Used items will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense.

Please return items in their original packaging whenever possible. Items returned in sealed bags with the original label qualify for a lower restocking fee.

Return windows and restocking fees:

  • Within 30 days (sealed, original label) — 15% restocking fee

  • Within 30 days (opened, no original label) — 25% restocking fee

  • 31 to 60 days — 25% restocking fee regardless of condition

  • After 60 days — Returns are not accepted

What about exchanges?

We do not process direct exchanges. To swap an item, return the original using the steps above and place a new order for the replacement. If you need the replacement urgently, place the new order right away and initiate the return in parallel — our team can help coordinate timing.


Refund options

  • Original payment method — Refund processed within 5 business days after inspection, then up to 10 business days for your bank to post the credit.

  • Store credit — Available immediately after we confirm the return. This is the fastest option if you need to reorder right away.


My item arrived damaged or defective

If something arrived broken, bent, or not working, contact us right away at support@wcproducts.com with your order number, the affected SKU or part number, and photos of the damage (both the item and packaging).

For defective items covered by warranty, WCP provides a prepaid return label at no cost. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


Who pays for return shipping?

  • Defective or warranty items — WCP covers return shipping with a prepaid label.

  • Changed mind or ordered wrong item — Customer is responsible for return shipping. If WCP provides a label, the cost is deducted from your refund.

  • Original shipping fees — Non-refundable once the order has shipped, unless WCP was at fault.
